"The Ultimate Pedigree Challenge"

Your students can experience the Ultimate Pedigree Challenge in three different ways. Use one or all as they try to diagram the family trees involved in the Scenarios.

  1. "The Ultimate Pedigree Challenge," in written form that you can print. (Has a link to the answer!)
  2. "I am My Own Grandpa," written by Moe Jaffe and Dwight Latham. This website provides animation and sound, as well as the words.
  3. "He's His Own Grandpa," a true story, New York Times, April 4, 1993.
